Adrenalin is the forthcoming DVD by film makers Tim and Nick Hahne. If the trailers are anything to judge by, this is going to be a must-buy DVD for historic racing fans. Telling the story of the history of BMW Touring Car Racing across the world, it takes us from the post war years of early saloon car racing, through the fantastic Batmobiles and the brilliant E30 M3, all the way to the present day.
The film covers not just the domestic DTM series, but touring car championships across the world including the British BTCC and the World Touring Car Championship. If you have fond memories of the days when our daily road cars were rear wheel drive and racing cars had more power than grip, this is for you.
It includes interviews with the big names in BMW Motorsport including Steve Soper, Alex Zanardi, Johnny Ceccotto, Hans Stock, Joachim Winkelhock, Mark Surer and many more. In fact, think of any BMW Works Driver and they’re in there somewhere.
This is probably going to the THE DVD at the top of your Christmas list this year. Take a look at the trailer.
